What is Acne.?

For most adolescents and adults, finding the fast and safe way to prevent and treat acne has long been a problem.

Many have chosen to treat their skin problems quickly with expensive acne treatments. And some have even chosen risky acne treatment procedures that cause more skin damage than cure more often than not.

1. Don’t Touch

Do not prick, rub or press the pimples.This can only increase the likelihood of skin infection and acne scars.

2. Try Over-the-Counter Products

These are only myths. Eating foods such as chocolate, French fries, nuts or fatty foods does not cause pimples directly.

Acnes can not be directly blamed for eating too much junk food, but the combined effect of emotional stress, fatigue, hormone changes and sometimes poor diet is more often than not.

Although certain foods are not to be avoided, some diets can help you improve your skin condition.

Whole Food diets are rich in antioxidants that increase the oxygen flow to the skin.

You can also increase your intake of vitamin A – rich fruits and vegetables. You can try freshly squeezed carrot, celery and grapefruit juice to improve the skin’s acnes.

12. Decrease Iodine Intake

Iodine found in certain multivitamins and iodized salt may also promote acnes. Reduce salty food intake and drink plenty of water to balance your intake of iodine.
